Good Marmalade brings personality and warmth to the world of bookkeeping. When they approached us, the goal was simple: create a brand and website that reflects the joy and passion they bring to what’s often seen as a dry subject.

The Challenge

Good Marmalade had already built strong relationships with their clients through care, expertise, and clear communication — but their brand and online presence didn’t yet capture that spirit. They needed a visual identity that felt professional and trustworthy, but also fun, upbeat, and approachable. The website had to communicate what they do clearly, while breaking away from the traditional, corporate tone that dominates the bookkeeping industry.

Our Approach

We began by defining a tone of voice and visual direction that matched founder Sharon’s vision for the business — grounded in professionalism, but bright and full of personality. The branding plays with warm colours, rounded shapes, and cheerful energy, giving Good Marmalade a distinctive and memorable identity.

From there, we designed and developed a new website that makes information easy to digest and simple to navigate. Each section of the site is purpose-built to explain their services in plain language and invite users to take action without feeling overwhelmed. Subtle animations, clean layouts, and friendly microcopy create an experience that feels both polished and personal.
